Installation & Setup

CALIO can be installed in one click directly from the Google Chrome Web Store. Once installed, pin the extension icon to your toolbar for immediate access to the research desk across all SEC EDGAR pages.

Resolving "Extension Context Invalidated"

If Chrome updates the extension in the background while an EDGAR tab is open, simply reload the SEC tab (Cmd+R or F5) to reconnect the content script.

SEC EDGAR Rate Limits

The SEC enforces strict fair-access limits (maximum 10 requests/second per IP). CALIO features built-in client-side queueing and token bucket rate limiters to prevent your IP from encountering HTTP 429 blocks.
